Mouse Properties
To access the Mouse Properties follow this process.

Under the Settings Menu, click Control Panel (You can also navigate to the control panel in My Computer - Open My Computer, click the drop down arrow and choose Control Panel from the list)

Double click the Mouse icon to open Mouse Properties.

Mouse Properties dialog boxes will differ depending on the particular mouse driver you have installed.
Adjustments that can be made in Mouse Properties

Configure the mouse to be used by a left-handed person.

Slow down or speed up the double click speed. (Never drag the slider all the way to fast - no one can double-click that fast).

Adjust the speed of the mouse pointer, which refers to how fast it moves on the computer in response to the computer user’s movement of the mouse.
