Score 03 for RH! Fixed the cell sag problems so now everything looks wonderful! But first I took two hits from the blugs for breaking up what I thought were fool-proof tables. It was supposed to be blug-proof and not fool-proof.
I'll be adding more variety to the page layouts so you get more Blogger parody effect.

Score 01 for the Blugs! Now all the other cells sag as the white one grows. How *do* you fix that one?
