Nacho Cheese Sauce

Nacho Cheese Sauce

1 can (10-3/4oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese; shredded
1/2 cup pepper jack cheese; shredded
3/4 cup picante salsa

Mix all ingredients in a small crock pot and heat until melted - about 1-1/2 hours.

Serve with torilla chips for the big ball game.

(Can also heat over med-low on stovetop until melted)

(Opt: subst Rotel tomatoes w/chilis for picante salsa; or add diced jalapeno's to heat it up; Bordons makes a shredded cheddar/pepper jack mix - use 1-1/2 cups total.)
