---- Meatballs ----
1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup rice; uncooked
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon dried onion; minced
1 teaspoon salt and pepper; to taste
---- Sauce ----
1 can (10-3/4oz) tomatoe soup
1 water; soup can
With a fork, mix meatball ingredients. Shape into meatballs. Mix soup and water in a large frying pan and heat to boiling (don't boil). Lower heat and spoon in meatballs; cook for 1 hour.
(opt: Spoon meatballs into saucepan of boiling beef bouillion water; remove as they float to the top. Place meatballs in a covered dish and pour sauce over. Bake at 300°F for 1-1/2 hours.)
