Lomaine Noodles

Lomaine Noodles

8 oz spaghetti; thin
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon bouillon granules
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 each spam; small can sliced
1 single hot sauce; dash
1/2 cup chicken stock

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and let cool in frig. Stir-fry spam and mushrooms until done in 2T oil. Add chicken broth and spaghetti and stir till well heated. Add sauce made of oyster sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch. Return mushrooms/spam to wok and cook everything for about 15 minutes. Serve with soy sauce. Best next day. Subst: Hoison, Teriyaki marinade for sauce, just make it equal 3 T.
