4 cup sugar
3/4 cup instant coffee
1 each vanilla bean; split lengthwi
3 1/2 cup water
25 5/8 oz vodka; (fifth)
1 pint brandy

Opt: 400ml Brandy & 200ml Ameretto

Boil water and sugar for 5 mins. Remove from heat, add coffee. Bring to boil again, remove from heat. Add liquors. Pour into dark or tinted container with vanilla bean. Let sit in cool dark place for 2 weeks. Do NOT refrigerate. Bottle in dark or tinted bottles.
