Brown Rice & Sausage

1 lb bulk pork sausage; browned; drained
1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice; uncooked
1 can (10-3/4oz) beef consomme; undiluted
1 can (10-3/4oz) french onion soup; undiluted
1/2 cups water
1 stick margarine; melted

Cook sausage, stirring to crumble, in pan until browned. Drain excess grease reserving 2 tablespoons. Mix sausage, reserved drippings and remaining ingredients in 2-1/2qt casserole. Cover and cook at 350°F for 1-1/2 hours.
