Cordon Bleu Casserole

Cordon Bleu Casserole

3 oz noodles; wide egg (2 1/4c)
3 tablespoon margarine
3 tablespoon flour
2 cup milk
1 cup cheese; (4 oz or 4 slices)
1/4 cup parsley; fresh snipped (opt)
5 oz chicken; can (1 c fresh)
6 3/4 oz ham; can (1/2 c fresh)
4 oz mushrooms; can drained

Cook noodles and place in 8x8 baking dish. In saucepan, melt magarine and stir in flour. Cook over low heat until mixed. Add milk and cook until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in cheese and parsly. Place chicken, ham and mushrooms over noodles. Smother with sauce. Bake uncovered @350 for 25-30 min.

Yield: 4 servings
