Pickled Eggs

Pickled Eggs

1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pickling spice
6 each boiled eggs

Bring all, but eggs, to boil. Pour over eggs in clean jar. Add optional hot sauce, yellow food coloring, or Jalapeno pepper bits. Can double or triple but eggs must be covered by liquid.
