Baked Turkey Legs & Gravy

4 whole turkey legs
1 large onion; diced
2 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup; undiluted
2 stalk celery; sliced (opt)
4 medium carrots; sliced (opt)

Place turkey legs in a 9 x 13" baking dish. Season with seasoning salt. Spoon soup over and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 400°F for 1-1/2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice & pan gravy.
