Easy Beef

2 1/2 lb stew beef; lean
10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom soup
10 1/2 oz french onion soup

Place stew beef into 2 qt casserole, pour soups over. Cover and bake at 350 for 3 hours.

(Opt: cook 8 oz wide egg noodles and stir into casserole for last 30 minutes)

(Opt: cook on low 10-12 hours in crock-pot)

(Subst: 5 oz can evaporated milk for the onion soup)

(Subst: 1 envelope onion soup mix and 1/2 soup can of water for the french onion soup)
