Grilled Turkey Drumsticks

Grilled Turkey Drumsticks

4 each turkey drumsticks; or wings
1/4 cup margarine; melted
1/3 cup water; or sherry
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 each garlic; clove minced
1/4 cup onion; chopped
1/4 cup parsley; chopped fresh
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Place meat in large ziplock. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over. Let marinate 8 to 24 hours in refrigerator. Drain meat, reserving marinade. Wrap individually in heavy duty foil adding 1/4 c of reserved marinade to each. Grill over med coals for 1 hour, turning after 30 min. Remove foil, reserve juices. Place meat on grill and continue cooking 30-40 minutes more, basting frequently with reserved juices.
