Taco Sauce or Salsa (Crock)

--- Taco Sauce --
2 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes
5 cloves garlic; chopped
2 teaspoon salt
2 large onion; chopped
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2-3 jalapeno peppers; chopped (opt)
--- for Salsa add---
2 can (4 oz) green Chiles; seeded chopped
1 tablespoon mustard seed; (or dry mustard)
1 medium bell peppers (red, green, yellow); chopped
--- Both ---
1-2 tablespoon flour
1-2 tablespoon oil
1-2 tablespoon vinegar

Place all except flour, oil and vinegar in crock pot, stir well. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Remove cover and cook on high for last hour.

Stir in flour, oil and vinegar. Cook until bubbly. Allow to cool. Pour about 3 cups at the time into a blender and blend until smooth. Return to crock and cook until bubbly.

1 tablespoon of flour, oil and vinegar for a thin sauce, 2 T for a thick.
