Venison BBQ (Crock)

3 lbs venison round, leg or roast
1 can (12 oz) beer
3 cloves garlic; minced
salt & pepper to taste
2 medium onion; sliced
3 bay leaf
2 cups BBQ sauce; divided

In bowl, mix beer, garlic, salt & pepper, onions, bay leaves and venison. Marinate for 12 hours or overnight.

Remove venison and onions and place in crock-pot. Pour 1/2 of your BBQ sauce over top.

Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 hours.

Serve remaining BBQ sauce over roast.
