Round Steak My Way

4 each round steak (or cubed steaks)
2 tablespoon oil
2 cups water
3 tablespoon flour
1/2 cups water
kitchen Bouquet; to taste
salt & pepper; to taste
1 small can mushroom; optional
1 small can carrot; optional

Brown steak in oil if desired (or skip). Add the 2 cups of water and bring to simmer. Shake flour with the 1/2 cup water, salt, pepper, kitchen bouquet until blended. Add to pan stirring to mix. Simmer covered 1 hour.

*add sliced carrots / mushrooms if desired.
