Fettuccine Straw And Hay

3 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup peas
3/4 cup ham strips; ~2 cups (Spam works)
3/4 cup mushrooms; sliced
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
8 oz fettuccine noodles
1 cup milk
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup parmesan
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
parmesan; to garnish

Cook vegetables, meat, oregano, Italian seasoning and meat in butter in skillet for 3-4 minutes. Cook pasta according to pkg directions. In saucepan bring milk almost to boil, reduce heat and add cream cheese, whisk constantly for 3-4 min. Stir in the 1/2 cup of parmesan and pepper. Arrange hot cooked pasta in large bowl. Pour vegetable over and mix well. Pour cream sauce over and mix well. Serve on plate that has been sprinkled with parmesan.
