Pork Chops And Stuffing

4 pork chops
2 cups stuffing; prepared
1 can (10-3/4oz) golden mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops. Place in baking dish and top with scoop (1/2 cup) stuffing and top it with a heaping tablespoon of soup. Cover with foil and put in oven for 1/2 hour. Remove foil and continue to bake for another 1/2 hour.

You can easily double or triple the recipe, and if using thick chops...increase covered cooking time a bit. One can of soup will top up to about 8 chops, but use the entire can regardless. For the stuffing, use homemade or store brand boxed.

Serve with fresh mushrooms simmered in bouillion.
