Cheese Ball

Cheese Ball

8 oz cream cheese; room temperature
1/4 cup plain yogurt; or sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese; 4 oz shredded
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 can pecans; chopped

In mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and yogurt. Add remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Chill 15 min in freezer (30 in frig). Place on waxed paper and roll to make a ball or log. Roll in chopped nuts.

Make two and freeze one.

Yield: 12 servings
