Hamburger & Sausage Dip

Hamburger & Sausage Dip

1/2 lb hamburger
1/2 lb hot sausage
1 lb velveeta cheese
1 can tomatoes with green chilis
2 chopped fresh jalapeno's; optional

Brown meats and drain. Melt cheese in crockpot, add green chili and jalapenos and meat. Mix and serve with nachos. Makes a lot and keeps well.

(Freeze in ice tray and store the cubes in ziplocks, defrosting only as much as needed. Thin recipe with milk or thicken with shredded cheddar)
