24 oz small oyster crackers
1 pkg hidden valley ranch; dry mix
2 1/2 tablespoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 dash red pepper

Mix all ingredients together, except crackers. Put crackers in a LARGE shallow pan. Pour 1/2 of mixture over and stir to coat. Put in a 250°F oven for 10 minutes. Pour remaining mixture over and stir to coat. Return to 250°F oven for 10 minutes. Remove and stir thoroughly. Let cool and serve.

Note: the size of the crackers do make a difference. The new larger size "oysterettes" are not a good candidate for this dish.
