Hot Cocoa Mix

3 1/2 cups instant nonfat dry milk powder
1 3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding mix; (optional)
Measure all of the ingredients into a dry clean bowl. Mix with a spoon. Smash any lumps with back of spoon. When everything is evenly distributed, put the Hot Cocoa Mix into a clean coffee can or a gallon ziplock bag.
To Prepare: Put 1/3 cup of Hot Cocoa Mix (6 mounded teaspoons) into a cup or mug. Add boiling water to the top. Stir and serve.
(Opt: Increase sugar to 2 1/4 cups for kids) (Opt: add 1/4 cup of instant coffee for a nice mocha flavor.)
