Zesty Salad Dressing

1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon salad oil
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
Mix all ingredients and shake. Makes only enough to coat one bowl of salad for six. Suggested: 1 small Bibb lettuce 1 small red onion 1 cucumber; unpeeled, sliced 1/2 C sliced radishes 1 cn mushrooms
