Lipton Onion Dip

1 envelope dry onion soup mix; (Lipton's)
16 oz sour cream
In a medium bowl, blend all ingredients; chill if desired before serving with your favorite crackers, chips or raw veggies.
SUBST: Salsa Onion Dip - stir in 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa.
