Shrimp Dish

Shrimp Dish

1 stick butter
1 large onion; chopped
1 medium bell pepper; chopped
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can rotel tomotoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 lb frozen shrimp; thawed

Melt butter in pan, add chopped onions and bell pepper. Saute on low, add soups and tomatoes, heat together, then add seafood, simmer for 3-4 minutes to cook the seafood. Serve over cooked white rice or noodles.

(opt: can add some sour cream / milk for desired consistency.) (subst: regular diced tomatoes for the rotel for a milder taste)
