Beef Stroganoff

Beef Stroganoff

1 1/2 lb beef round; 1/8 slices
2 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cup beef bouillon; (or 2c)
2 tablespoon catsup
1 each garlic; clove
1 single noodles; cooked per pkg
1 teaspoon salt
8 oz mushrooms; fresh sliced
1 each onion; med chopped (1/2c)
3 tablespoon flour
3/4 cup sour cream

Cook beef in 2T butter. Reserve 1/3 of bouillon, stir remaining with catsup, garlic and salt in skillet. Heat to boiling, reduce, simmer covered 1 to 1-1/2hr. Stir in mushrooms and onion, cover and simmer 5 min. Shake reserved bouillon and flour in jar. Stir into beef mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 min; reduce heat, add sour cream and heat through. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
