Macaroni and Cheese (baked #2)

3 1/2 cups elbow macaroni; cooked
2 cups american cheese; shredded
1 can (12oz) evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp dry mustard

Spread macaroni in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

In a medium saucepan combine remaining ingredients using 1-3/4 cups cheese. Stir over low heat until cheese is completely melted. Pour over macaroni. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake in 350°F oven 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
