Beaufort Stew

Beaufort Stew

1/4 cup old bay seasoning
4 lb small red potatoes
2 lb kielbasa; cut 1-1/2 slices
6 each corn; halved on the cob
4 lb shrimp; lg unpeeled
1 single cocktail sauce

Fill large container of a propane cooker halfway with water; add the Old Bay seasoning and bring to a boil. Add potatoes, return to a boil, and cook for 10 min. Add sausage and corn, return to a boil, and cook 10 min or until potatoes are tender. Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 min or until shrimp turn pink. Remove with a slotted spooon onto a serving platter or newspaper-lined table. Serve with additional Old Bay seasoning and cocktail sauce.
