Buffalo Wings

3/4 cup hot sauce
1 stick margarine
lemon pepper
5 lb chicken wings; disjointed
Wash and pat wings dry. Cut off tips and discard. Disjoint remaining pieces. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Deep fat fry at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes (without any coating on chicken). Drain and place in bowl. Melt margarine and mix with hot sauce, stirring well. Pour over wings and stir to coat. Serve hot.
(opt: refrigerate overnight and/or place finished wings on grill or under broiler to "set" the sauce)
Grill these and you will become the undisputed "hot wing" king!
