Creole Seasoning Salt

Creole Seasoning Salt

26 oz salt
1 1/2 oz black pepper
2 oz red pepper
1 oz garlic powder
1 oz chili powder
1 oz msg; (or Accent Seasoning)

Combine all ingredients. Makes approx 8 seasoning containers full.

OPT: Seafood Seasoning: to 1/2 of above recipe add - 1t thyme, 1t sweet basil, 1 bay leaf.
