Copyrighted Material

There are some images, ideas, documents, etc on my sites that are protected by copyrights I do not have. In these cases, the proper credit is given either in context, with the copyright symbol (©), at the bottom of the page, or on a disclaimer page linked to on each respective site. Copyrighted images are labeled by their "alt" tages- please put your mouse over the image to see it.

No copyright infringements are intended upon those who hold their ownerships.

There may be some ideas here that are used and uncredited because they are public domain and are covered by fair use.

Images:

There are a few images on my sites that have been bought by me- do NOT redistribute these images at all! Each of these has a copyright symbol which can be seen by putting your mouse over the image.

If you wish to "take" a picture, download it to your own computer. Do not link directly to any images here! That is illegal and stealing bandwidth. There are also images that are "freebies"- those you may take and use freely.

ALL other images including: banners, art, and pictures labeled as 'art' or 'exclusives' are not to be copied at all! If you wish to save an image to your computer for personal uses only then that's okay.

Linking:

As with any other site, you may link to any SITE that you like. You do not have to put up a banner (although I do have some available if you like), but it'd be nice to have an email so I know I've got linkage!

Everything Else:

All other content, unless specified, is protected by by intellectual copyrights, which means it's mine. Please do NOT steal from me!

In short... do **NOT** plagerize, pirate, hack, redistribute, deform, or use any of my stuff for any reason! Email me with any & all questions please! Thank you!
